The Thin Blue Line Benevolent Fund (TBL) was established as a 501(c)3 entity to assist HCPROA members and other qualifying persons financially in times of crisis and need.
A portion of HCPROA dues each year, along with other donations to the TBL fund, are distributed to this fund to support this important mission and cause.
Below are the Thin Blue Line operating guidelines and the procedures for application, use and distributions of funds, along with an application form that can be completed and submitted to initiate a request for funding if someone is in need.
